Adelsheim Vineyard

David Adelsheim was one of the pioneers of the Oregon wine industry when he bought ground in the Chehalem Mountains and began planting grapes 40 years ago. Today, the owner of Adelsheim Vineyard oversees 40,000 cases of wine and more than 200 acres of vineyards in 13 locations. In this interview, he talks about the early days of the Oregon wine industry and the people behind Adelsheim.
